Losing Weight

I always was a child with problems of growing up properly due to my weight....I hate eating especially vegetables and things like that...but when I grow up I found myself with problems to lose weight ...due to some health stuff I gained some kilos and I really really hate it cause I saw myself horrible..with some parts of my body thinner than others...and some parts as a great balloon!!!...Actually ( fingers crossed!!) I keep myself fit by eating a healthy diet and from time to time some sweets but not always.....so this is my piece of advice for those teenies who wanna be like models...just only pay attention to your diet..eat everything healthy...., do exercise, drink at least 2 litres of water...and from time to time....eat some sweets!!!...I am not a doctor...but I found myself with these problems and I really love my body now!!!..just check those collages I did and compare how horrible and sad what I felt!!

  1. You look always good Sis, no matter if you are very slim or not :) But yes it's important to be happy in your body and have a healthy lifestyle so I'm glad for you :) . I don't recommend anyone even try to achieve the model body type - just live healthy so your body will settle into the weight that is good for you.
